The Noelle Blouse is a 1940s-christmas inspired blouse with a classic tartan pattern worked in multicolored stripes. It is worked top down with tailored shoulder width, feminine puff shoulders and a cropped silhouette. The vertical stripes are worked in using duplicate stitches, while the horizontal ones are knit in.
