The sailor breton is a classic striped jumper inspired by the timeless French Breton-sweater, or as the French themselves call it, the Marinière or Tricot Ravé. Originally worn by the French navy and later popularized by Coco Chanel, today the Breton is a timeless staple.

The Sailor Breton is worked top down with an elegant subtle boat neck, tailored shoulders that have slight puff, and a decorative rib at the hems. The sleeves can be worked ¾ or full length.
